This site is intended only as a community resource and is done within the terms of use spelled out on the HMC website. The original HMC website keeper did an incredible job creating such a useful resource for diecast collectors. Unfortunately, from a technical standpoint, it leaves a lot to be desired. In the short term, as they can, Dauntless's tech team will improve the existing mirror to make it a bit more usable. In the medium term (it's actually already in progress), they will completely reprogram the site to make it more usable and extensible in the future. In fairness to the HMC site owner, we are actively removing as much 'proprietary' HMC content as we can. It's a process.. This includes turnning this into a resource for other brands, including Calibre Wings, Corgi, and so forth. When this happens, we'll need the help of volunteers like you to fill in the missing content. The goal will be to keep the site as fast and responsive as you are used to in the old HMC site.
