- Safelog licenses sold either in bulk or individually come in different durations (1-year, 3-year, 5-year, etc.). Longer duration licenses cost less per year than
shorter ones.
- Let's say you buy 10 5-year licenses via bulk purchase. Once the purchase process is finalized, you will receive, via email, a personalized link to your bulk purchase order fulfillment page. Once you visit there, you will find 10 keycodes / voucher codes corresponding to your order.

At this point, you can now give out the codes to others as you see fit. We provide tools there to help you with this.
- If you buy, for example, 10 voucher codes, you don't need to distribute them at all at once. Un-redeemed codes will sit patiently in your personalized fulfillment portal until,
for example, a new pilot joins your organization or an existing pilot's subscription is ending and needs extending. It's a really fair, convenient, and user-friendly system system.
- To redeem a code, the Safelog user (pilot) in question should start Safelog on ANY platform - PC, Mac, iOS, Android, or via www.SafelogWeb.com. If they don't have a Safelog account yet, they should create a free demo account first. Then, when they start the app on any platform, they should click on REDEEM A VOUCHER CODE. This is available under "account" or "my account" on all Safelog platforms.

Once a code is redeemed, it will extend a Safelog subscription by the amount of time in question. For demo accounts or for expired accounts, a voucher code will begin on the day that the voucher code is redeemed. If the person redeeming a code has an active Safelog subscription already, it will extend their subscription by the given time past the existing expiration date. For example, if a user has an account that expires on December 22. 2024 and he activates a 1-year voucher code on June 1, 2024, their subscription will be extended to December 22, 2025.
- Once voucher codes have been activated and the corresponding time has been allocated to a given Safelog account, this allocation is permanent and irreversible.
