SPX: I did not receive my order!

First off, we apologize for the delay.

If you are in the USA/Canada:

Your order should generally arrive within about a week of order. If it has not arrived within two weeks, then please do make an inquiry via this helpdesk.

If you are in Europe:

Often, but not always, your item will be shipped from the UK. If you ordered the PlatePack add-ons, at times there may be a small delay. If you're sure that a sufficient amount of time has passed and you have not received a response, please use this online helpdesk system to submit a question and we'll get on it right away.

Outside of Canada/USA/Europe:

As you might expect, it might take a little bit longer at times for your copy of SimPlates to reach you. Please wait several weeks to make sure that it's not simply in transit. If you're sure that sufficient time has passed, please contact us via this online helpdesk system and we'll be happy to look into it.

At all times, if you have your order handy when you contact us, that will assist in the smooth inquiry into your shipment's status.
