An update to our Safelog for Mac app which will add compatibility with Apple's new "Sierra" OS update is complete and is now undergoing review by Apple. Once the review is complete, it will be available for all users.
Question / Issue:
After completing the Captain's Challenge, the name printed on my certificate is not correct.
Solution: If you see somebody else's name:
Name That Plane is sold under a SINGLE-USER, strictly non-transferrable license. The name printed there can ONLY be that of the registered user. You need to purchase your own copy of the software to get a certificate printed in your name.
If your own name does not display properly: if for some reason your OWN name, that is to say, the name of the registered user of the software who is you, did not show up correctly, please contact us via this helpdesk and carefully explain the situation and we will do our best to help you.
